Licences
Terms of sale and licence
In force from 17 October 2026. This is a translation provided for convenience: the French version prevails.
1. Who we are
The software presented on this website (“the software”) is published by (“the publisher”), who can be reached at . The other legal information is in the legal notice.
2. What these terms cover
Part A applies to the purchase of a paid licence. Part B (the licence agreement) applies to any use of the software: during the trial, with a free licence or with a paid licence. Installing or using the software means accepting part B.
A. Terms of sale
A.1 The seller
Paid licences are sold by (“the platform”), acting as a reseller: it takes the payment, calculates and pays your country's VAT and issues the invoice. Its general terms apply to the payment and are shown to you before you pay. The publisher delivers the product key and is responsible for the licence and the software.
A.2 Prices and currencies
The prices shown on this website are indicative, in the currency you choose (euro, US dollar, pound sterling, Swiss franc or Canadian dollar). The exact price, including all taxes and in your currency, is the one shown by the platform at checkout.
A.3 Delivery of the key
Your product key is sent to you by email within one working day. It is specific to your purchase: it carries a licence number and the rights purchased (number of computers and, where applicable, edition and limits).
A.4 Refunds and right of withdrawal
Each program can be tried for free before buying. As the key is digital content delivered as soon as you ask for it, by asking for it you agree that its delivery starts before the end of the fourteen-day legal withdrawal period, and you waive this right (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).
We will nevertheless refund you, with no reason needed, for days after the purchase: write to us with the licence number. The refund is made by the platform, to the payment method used. You then agree to stop using the refunded key.
A.5 Legal warranties
If you are a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code, and the equivalent rules of your country): if the software does not conform, you can ask for it to be brought into conformity, or failing that, for a price reduction or the cancellation of the sale.
B. Licence agreement
B.1 What you may do
- Install and use the software, for personal or professional purposes, on the number of computers and within the limits stated by your licence (or, during the trial, without limit for the length of the trial).
- Use the licence with no time limit: it is perpetual.
- Make backup copies of the installer and of your data.
- Use the free licences published on the Licences page, within their limits, without paying or signing up.
Monoz is free, with no key, on a personal computer that is not joined to any organisation's directory (Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID). A licence per computer is required on computers joined to such a directory.
Disklay is free, with no key, for any use, personal or professional, on as many computers as you like.
B.2 What you may not do
- Resell, rent out or publish a paid key, or share it beyond the number of computers purchased.
- Create, modify or bypass a key or the licence check.
- Decompile or modify the software, except where article L122-6-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code allows it.
The software remains the property of the publisher: the licence gives you a right of use, not ownership.
B.3 Your data
The data you enter belongs to you. It is saved in the files you choose, on your computers or your network. The software sends it nowhere and works without an Internet connection. Backing it up is your responsibility: the software makes a copy every day, and you should also keep one elsewhere.
B.4 Updates
Updates to the version you use are free and published on this website. A new major version may require a new licence; your licence remains valid, with no time limit, for the version it covers.
B.5 Liability
The software is made with care, but no software is free of errors. Check important results and keep backups. For professional use, the publisher's liability is limited to direct damage and to the amount paid for the licence. These limits apply neither in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor to the rights the law reserves for consumers.
B.6 End of the licence
The licence ends if its terms are not respected, or after a refund. Your data remains readable: at the end of the trial, the software becomes read-only without deleting anything.
3. Applicable law, language and disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving a consumer of the protection given by the law of their country. They are written in French; their translations are provided for convenience, and the French version prevails. If there is a problem, please write to us first: we always look for a solution. A consumer can also refer the matter free of charge to consumer mediation (see the legal notice). Failing an agreement, the competent courts are those designated by law.
